Refund Policy
1. General Policy
- All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
- First-time subscribers: A 7-day free trial is provided to you to explore our subscriber platform. If you decide you do not want to continue your subscription and avoid the monthly subscription fee, you will need to simply cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day free trial. A refund will not be provided for failure to end your free trial as described.
- Renewals: Refunds are not provided for renewal charges once the billing cycle has started.
- Exceptional cases: Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues, duplicate charges, or other extenuating circumstances.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current month’s payment.
- Access to premium content remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time purchases (e.g., courses, workshops, events) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at info@thebitcoinpivot.com and type Refund Request in the email subject line.
- Include your account details and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days back to the original payment method.

- We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time.
- Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
